#리그램 - @real_rawfood_n_bodylab by @get_regrammer #로푸드클래스 #창원로푸드 #rawfood - - 이젠 하루 클래스 2개쯤은 거뜬 👍🏻 로푸드수업을 하시며 생각이 많아지셨다는 리얼님. 이미 너무 잘하고 계셨고 로푸드로 인해 가족의 건강과 삶의 퀄리티가 한단계 성장한다고 생각하세요. 자책은 그만 💛 - 저녁엔 반려견아로마터치 클래스가 진행 되었는데 리얼님께서 지금 너무 건강해 보이는데 어떻게 이런일을 시작하게 되었는지 궁금하다고 특이한거 같다며 물으셨지요, 남들은 날아다닐 20대에 아픈지도 모르고 단순히 피곤이 쌓인거라며 내 몸을 방치하며 시간이 흐른 뒤, 과거에 화상을 당했던 경험이 있던 저에게 몸은 마지막으로 전신피부알러지로 계속 저에게 신호를 보냈습니다. 저도 그때는 누구나처럼 병원에서 모든 것을 해결하려 했고 피부과약을 먹어도 호전되지 않고 약의 갯수만 늘어갔습니다. 그렇게 1년동안 복용했던 스테로이드 부작용으로 또 몇년의 고통스러웠던 시간을 보냈던것이 지금의 리얼과 란쌤을 만들게 아닌가 싶어요. 지금도 제가 가장 많이 하는 말이지만, 본인이 느껴보지 못하면 모른다는 것. 전 그 경험으로 리얼을 운영하고 있습니다. 또 다음주 이틀의 서울 출장, 다녀와서는 강의, 센터일 등 과거 보다 노동의 시간과 에너지는 더 필요하지만 체력과 건강을 되찾으니 가능하더라구요. 내년 법인 전환을 앞두고 서류작업도 마무리 되어가고 있습니다. 더욱 더 많이 배우고 지속적으로 성장하며 좋은 모습 보여드릴께요. - 로푸드클래스 사진인데 갑자기 울컥 😂

Dave my human owner, is always asked what kind of changes he made to my diet when I was sick. Like a lot of people, Dave had no idea what I should be eating and what was healthy or not. He just figured feeding me a high-end kibble was the right thing to do. Even though I was eating it, I didn't really enjoy it. We all know every dog has different dietary needs, but this is what Dave has fed me, and I've been striving on for the past 2.5 years.⁠ ⁠ This is what my diet consists of, and even though I don't like to share this publicly... my weight is 78 lbs currently. ⁠ ⁠ - 1LBS of Red Dog Blue Kat beef & tripe⁠ - 3 big tables spoons of Origins (fish powder)⁠ - 3 Primal freeze-dried nuggets⁠ - Around 15 blueberries⁠ - Table spoon of a 6 mushroom blend which contains turkey tail, cordyceps, chaga, maitake, red reishi and shiitake.⁠ - Organic Kelp⁠ -Wild Alaskan salmon oil⁠ -Hemp 4 Paws Tincture oils⁠ -Chinese herbs⁠ -Mixed with some water.⁠ ⁠ What I love most is that my human Dave switches food in my bowl day to day to add some healthy fats.
